Hello and welcome! My name is Mandy Zwiers and I’m the founder of Mandy Zwiers Events. A little about me, I fell in love with weddings and events in 2018/19 when I was planning my own wedding. I quickly realized that it was a passion of mine and took the steps I needed to begin being an event coordinator myself. The wedding coordinator from my wedding was kind enough to let me shadow and follow her for some time before having me work some events for her. All the great experience I received from working alongside someone so wonderful gave me the courage I needed to start my own business. In 2020 I created what is now Mandy Zwiers Events.

Here is a list of the services that I provide, however the possibilities are endless!

Event planning services include, but is not limited to: numerous meetings before the event to ensure I understand what you as the client want and to assist in planning (phone/text/email availability), my guidance with any questions or concerns you may have, and assistance with contacting and booking vendors. 

Day of coordination services include, but is not limited to: a meeting before the event to ensure I understand what you as the client want—phone, text, email availability, my attendance ( at rehearsal, ceremony, reception, event), assisting the vendors in getting to where they belong and help with anything they may need, and assistance with minute details such as guiding the bridal party down the aisle at the correct times, setting up dessert tables, and making sure events of the day run on time. 

Set up and take down services include, but is not limited to: a meeting before the event to ensure I understand what you as the client want, attendance before and after the event to set up and take down small décor, and switch over of décor from ceremony to reception.
